Powerful Flush

Replaced an American Standard toilet that went defective with a weak flush. This toilet has a strong flush and I like the AquaPiston mechanics...easy to maintain. Never installed a toilet myself before..this was no problem. I also like that it is a one-piece toilet. There is that issue with the lid gap and unfinished edge that others have referenced but they have a replacement lid that I plan to call Kohler about and have it replaced.

Santa Rosa

I bought this earlier this year, but it just got installed a couple months ago. If I had known about the issue with the tank finish mentioned in other reviews I would have purchased a different style. I have the same issue with the glaze not covering the area between the tank and lid as shown in the photo. The toilet is fine otherwise, and I have a different model in my other bathroom that I love. Unfinished Tank Edge Glazing

I bought a Santa Rosa Comfort Height toilet, Model K-3810-0 and, as noted in other reviews, the top edge of the tank was not glazed, leaving a noticeable imperfection. I contacted the Kohler Customer Service team at 1-800-4KOHLER. The representative, Claire, was very pleasant and quickly arranged for a replacement lid to be shipped at no charge. It arrived a few days later. This lid has an overhang edge that hides the imperfection. Quick, easy, and effective solution.

Best Toilet Ever

I have been in construction for 40 years and this is the best toilet I have ever used. I have recommended and installed this in friends & family houses. It is the only so called Low Flow toilet that doesn't get stopped up very easily. Great size for small space

I purchased this toilet over One year ago. I was in the midst of an apartment demolition and it was installed and has been working perfectly. The size and height are perfect for my apartment. Unfortunately I found the seat to be cracked one day with no explanation. This is a Pied a terre that is only used by my self and my spouse on weekends. Santa Anna Toilet

This toilet works properly but I would have preferred to have a more traditional style toilet but it was the only one available in almond. And I needed almond.

Effective, quick, and nicely styled

Purchased two of these nicely styled, petit-looking, one-piece, chair-height toilet three months ago and am quite satisfied with its performance. Comfortable to sit on! The lid works effortlessly and does not drop/bang shut. Toilet flushes quickly and effectively in all cases. Very happy with the purchase. (Fyi, Kohler graciously suppled some free small tile samples ahead of time that really helped when selecting the colors of our two units. FedEx freight shipment worked without a hitch.)

Bolt Cap, too short

I bought 3 toilet & now the bolt cap would not fit to cover the bolt because it is too short!!! Now, I have 3 new toilet with an expose bolt. Please advise.

Constant Running/Leaking

Bought this about a year or two ago with new bathroom install. Constantly runs/leaks even after changing canister/gasket. Terrible design.

Chain broke twice on 7th month of use

I bought this product about 7 months ago and I'm so dissatisfied with this product. We are careful users and we try to make products we use last as long as possible. We also don't buy cheap. But this one is going to turn out to be a time-sink and expensive in time spent and money that will be spent repairing this lemon. I'm retired and want to enjoy my retirement years. Tank lid doesn't fit securelt

I just had two of these toilets installed. Is there a missing bumper or cushion for between the lid and the tank. The lid is constantly moving around and making a grating noise. It wobbles. It is not seated firmly. I don't understand. This is an expensive toilet and it was professionally installed?!!

Great features & appearance

We were looking for a chair-height low-flow toilet with an ability to dispose of solids with a single flush. This design does all that and with good looks in a one-piece design w/ soft-close lid. Excellent!
