Would Not RecommendSo, Kohler direct ship to home gets NO transport packaging. Arrived BROKEN. SO, calling Lowe's CS number is NO HELP. Have to bring product to a store to get replaced...WHY have to DRIVE for electronic order...?! NOT available at local store. Takes another EXTRA WEEK to ship to store and charge $80 to deliver to home... Not a winning customer service system at Lowes!

No packing material for delivery
First the site told me ONE was available at one store. I ordered it to pick it up. Store was not close by. Got there and they couldn't find it, so had to cancel. Then placed order online for delivery, came 4 days later and it was broken in pieces. Had no packing material at all. When I returned it, the cashier couldn't believe it either. So disappointed. I had to go to Kohler store to order it and of course had to pay more for it.

Would Not RecommendI ordered two sinks for our master bathroom remodel. There was absolutely ZERO protective packaging - Kohler threw the sinks in a box and sent them out. We’ve already cut our countertops, so it’s too late to switch sinks. I just ordered FOUR MORE sinks, hoping that at least two of them will be intact! Disappointed in Kohler - we thought this brand had a good reputation. I will order different sinks for our other bathrooms in the future.

Would Not RecommendIt arrived cracked into AT LEAST 50 pieces. No packing material whatsoever! When I called customer service, they agreed to send a new one. Never arrived, though. I called customer service again, they said wait to see if it arrives. And, I called again because I got a notification it was delivered to NC. Finally, the customer service rep knew it meant the second sink was cracked, as well, and was returned to their warehouse. So now, I have to haul the broken sink to Lowe’s and show them to resolv...
