Great sink but hard to get

The Kohler Memoirs Stately drop-in bathroom sink in white with 8-inch widespread faucet holes works perfectly with my existing bathroom countertops. But these sinks are hard to get and can be damaged in shipping. I obtained two of them Lowes, but Lowes has no more. I ordered two others from a different store, but both were damaged in shipping, so I had to return them. I've reached out to Lowes, Kohler, and a dozen other stores, but no one can help me get two more of these sinks

Fedex arrived with a broken sink. Driver took it back with an assurance fedex would notify lowes and cancel the order. Several calls to fedex and lowes and still waiting for the charge to be reversed. Takes forever to understand the sink was not delivered (they both think it was) and then once they agree it takes time to approve (no idea why) and then up to 10 days to get the money back. In the meantime I drove to a store to get the sink. Very poor service and customer support. But they did ask ...

Don’t buy and haves shipped Kohler ceramic sinks.

The sink was shipped to my house. When it arrived there was no protective foam or anything to protect it, it was just the sink. It arrived shattered. I now need to go to a Lowe’s store to replace it. Very disappointed.

2 Broke. Sinks back to back

I ordered this sink and it was delivered by fedex in the original box with no styrofoam surrounding the sink and no outer box to protect the sink. It arrived and I knew right away it was in pieces, I cut my finger opening the box. I called Lowe’s and she was very nice and sent me a second sink but again no protection for the sink and it arrived in pieces. Thank gosh I bought a third sink from a competitor just as a backup. Very nice. Has a smart look and suits our bath design.

Elegantly pleasing!

The Memoirs collection by Kohler certainly carries a timeless, elegant appeal easy on the eyes. The intricate crown molding design in every collection piece brings a feeling of accomplishment every time. This sink, though Stately, also ties well with Memoirs Classic pieces and absolutely enhances the laboratory (bathroom) as shown. I recommend this product and collection to anyone wanting something other than ordinary.

Carefully examine before installing!

The sink is beautiful but there’s a small gray spot in the glaze of the white bowl. Of course I didn’t notice it until after the contractor installed it.
