Must have when framing a a room. I bought it to frame up my basement. The best purchase I’ve ever made. Instead of messing around with 5 ft level, you can just use this and make sure your work is plum and level.

Why did I wait so long?
Would RecommendSure its "just a level", but so much more. More accurate than a 2' level. its a straight edge. tells me when my walls or studs have a slight curve to it. Good quality and i like the grip section. Better than a thin piece of metal.
