No connectors for the solar panels included

At this point I can't recommend this item since it didn't come with the cord that would hook the solar panels to the generator. Panels are useless without it.

So easy to use

The Jackery products are easy to use, to charge, to transport from project to project. They charge quickly although if using the solar panels that is dependent on the sunlight. They are not noisy like a generator would be. They are pricey however.

So far… most excellent!

I purchased the Jackery power supply to power my Bose L1 pro PA system when electricity is poor or nonexistent. I charged it to maximum capacity then played my acoustic guitar and a mic for a little more than an hour. I had only used about 12% of the charge. Theoretically, I could play for about nine hours on one charge. I was hoping for a minimum of of 5 hours. This unit totally exceeded my expectations!

Great portable power station!

Just got it in,excited to try it,feels good to know I have some power if power goes out,I can run a tv and a fan,and even heat stuff in a pan :)

Battery does not last long

It was powerful but I expected the battery to last longer at close to full load at aprox 1800 W for a sound system and outdoor parties I prefer using a gas generator instead

Fast charge and very portable.

Wall charging was super fast. Very portable. Haven't tried the solar panels.

Bad experience-

Unable to register manufactures warranty. 5 days of emails and calls unanswered. I don't trust product now. Online review sites all verified my conclusion. Do your homework before purchase to save yourself all the hassle I experienced. Lowes was very helpful in the return though.

Convenient solar solution

All in one solar generator. Powerful enough the run all necessary appliances/charge electronics. I This was an easy solution compared to a full solar array. No installation of rooftop solar panels. Simply plug and play. It was on sale, which helped with my decision. I have also done some research on the brand and have found it to be worth the investment.

Jackery - a quality quieter battery!!!

Love the quality. Not sure how I'm going to work around the 6-7 hour recharge time during a power outage after a hurricane. However, I ran my refrigerator for 8 hours and still had 43% charge remaining. On another occasion, I ran my deep freezer for 8 hours with a 73% charge remaining. Now, I have other options other that the noisy gas generator.
