Unit seems to be well built. Good price

Have not yet had to use unit. It seems to be pretty straight forward on how to use it from reading manual. Have charged up unit by using 120 volt and it did not take very long. will use solar panels next time it needs charged and will see how long it takes. Did like that unit had wheels and a handle to easily move it around. It is very hard to say how well this unit is until I really need it to do what the manufacturer says it can do.

Missing my 2 Solar Panels

I would otherwise be happy with my purchase, except when I picked up my order, I asked if there was another box, because I knew I was supposed to get solar panels with my order. The employee, said there was not another box, so I assumed it would be folded in the box, so when I got home and looked there was no solar panels in the box. Need to have this issue rectified.

Marked as Delivered 10/17 but no generator

I only received the transfer switch. The order has been marked as delivered yet never received the solar panels or the solar generator. I called Lowes and got told it was sent directly from the manufacturer and I need to follow up with FedEx. It seems when you make a $2500 purchase you would get a little more help. This may be a great generator but you will never no because you wont get it and they will mark the order as delivered and wash their hands of any responsibility.

lack of multiple tracking numbers was an issue

Only one tracking number for four different boxes, first tracking number indicated the entire delivery was complete. The transfer switch is all that came and no notes about different numbers or anything. There were four separate items sent, last one came about 6 days after the first.

love my explorer 1500

Performed beyond my expectations, so I bought a second one. For quicker charging I purchased additional solar panels. Got me through hurricane Helene so well I forgot the electric was out, lol. Powered my lights, microwave, countertop ice maker, television, Keurig, toaster oven, room air conditioner all without a serious depletion of the generator. Due to the additional panels, sold separately, recharge was quick and easy even on cloudy days. Pass through charging capabilities was nice too....

I hate my Jackery Explorer 300 Generator

Hurricane Helene hit our small town early one morning on 27 September 24 and it left us in the dark for several weeks. During that time I needed a generator to power our fans and recharge our cell phones. I called customer service and she said the Jackery 300 Generator was excellent. I ordered it and it was garbage. It’s used for a small laptop. I just returned it and never used it.

Did not come with solar panel

Do not buy jackery. Not worth the money and it’s not the first time they leave stuff off your order.

SCAM COMPANY!

I ordered a compete set with a generator, 2 solar panels and a transfer switch. I only received the transfer switch and my order was stating that everything was delivered. I called the compay but of course they were closed. I called lowes and was told to go in person to a store. I went to the store and they were able to assist me in a refund. I read comments that other people did not receive their complete order. I am 78 years old and it's a shame that you have to deal with crap like this!

Power Box

Great product, unfortunately I received a 3000Pro with cooling fan issues. About 50/50 of the time when charging it would make a loud grinding noise, but sometimes it would not. And would make the same noise when powering something up. But it gave no fault codes and performed as intended. Returned due to this one having issues with grinding noise I believe from the cooling fans. But will consider buying the same unit again.

Shipment not complete.

Received only 2 items (Expansion Battery & Solar Panels). Main part (Explorer 2000 Plus) not received. Cannot review the product without the ability to test it!

Not complete Panel ships separately

Excited to use this and ordered with time to get familiar with it before taking out for a week. The generator arrived but not the panel. No one… I mean NO One knows anything about the panel. Not very good service.

Only the solar panel came in. Lakisha at pickup counter noted acct. left printed w/o on solar panel box noting customer waiting for 2nd package which is the power station/generator. I walked out with nothing, so this item was not picked up by me. waiting on notification that both packages are there to pick up. Lakisha took solar panel to back with notes....
