Great product

We have used your brand before and returned with a recent home remodel. Quality is great. Biggest feature is the lack of sound / noise and it is definately a very quite device, considering the horse power.

Extremely fast and Quiet!

Replaced an old garbage disposer. Didn't realize how quiet and fast a disposer could be. The compact size is a great space saver.

Replaced 4 year old Insinkerator

Very easy to install - used already existing attachments. Side note - our dishwasher was having water standing in it and we thought it was the flow valve, but when I replaced the disposal that problem resolved itself. Stil puzzled by that! Surprised at how expensive garbage disposal have become.

SO quiet

It's incredible how much quieter this model is vs my 20 year old model I replaced. Absolutely destroyed a spoon, a glass bead and a bamboo skewer like they were made of butter...zzzzzzzp! It literally took less than 45 minutes to install by myself thanks to the collar system.

Better than expected

This thing is so quiet half the time you don’t even know if it’s actually on or not. Super easy to install. And looks beautiful.

Expected to be quiet but even quieter

I was looking for something quiet and was thinking about spending maybe more money than I spent on this. After getting this, it is much quieter than I expected. I’m very happy with the quality and that it does not make much noise. We have the sink in an island that’s right next to our living room so the exposure wars quite substantial.

Good product

My only gripe is with the installation. There has to be a better way to maneuver a garbage disposal into place. In a small space it is impossible to get underneath the unit. Very sore arms and a lot of sweat.

This thing is a beast!

This dispoal is a beast. The two-stage grinding makes a huge difference.This disposal grinds as well as my old 1 hp. unit. It is very quiet, has very litte vibration and easily grinds whatever I feed it. It is definitely worth the price. I highly recommend it!

Excellent product

Installation is a breeze if you are replacing an inksinkerator with another. Works better than I anticipated and is so much quieter than my last one.

Nearly silent in operation!

I removed our eleven-year-old unit that was occasionally sticking; there was a lot of corrosion, so I decided to replace it. The new unit had slightly different connections for the dishwasher, but even with that, the entire job took about half an hour. And when I tested it, it was nearly silent. I couldn't believe it; I thought the other one (same level of build) wasn't too loud, but this thing is great! The flails are also much heavier, so I'm not as choosy as to what I throw down it.
