Easy to install and SO QUIET!

As always, Insinkerators are easy to install. This model is so quiet! The product description says you have to slightly raise your voice, but I haven't found that to be true. In fact, I can barely tell it's running. I highly recommend this product.

Solid, quiet and effective performance

I installed my Evolution Premier a few weeks back, and everyone in the house loves it. It's quiet, and it works. The water splashing from the faucet makes more noise than the disposal. I can sit about 10 feet from it watching TV and I can hear my wife is running water in the sink. Only later did I find out that she was using the disposal too. I heard zero mechanical noise, only water running. I love the removable rubber cover which helps muffle the sound and prevents spoons and such from acciden...

I love this machine. Did not even know I needed a new disposal, but decided to change during a kitchen remodel. It has been the greatest gift to self. The insinkerator Evolution is so quiet that we initially questioned if it was actually running. Not only do we not have to yell in conversation while it is in use, it is effective and efficient, grinding food more fully in less time. I recommend this product without reservation.

Quiet, quiet, quiet!

Installing this unit in conjunction with our new Lenova sink attachment was a snap. No bolts, no collars, just snap it in Very quiet for a 3/4 hp motor and it does the job as expected.

Very Efficient but Too Quiet

The fact that I indicates this disposal is too quiet is both a compliment and a concern. Yes, it's about as quiet as a church mouse, even when grinding most food. But if you don't have a sharp memory and take your hand off the switch, you'll never know it's still running. I left it one one day for about an hour and it was only because I could hear a vibration from my basement office (under the kitchen) that I realized it was still on. This unit was mid priced and worked great and we have not had any problems

A nice quiet garbage disposal

Since our disposal is in an open space where everyone socializes, the quietness of this disposal is welcomed. Otherwise, the unit seems to grind up food well and we hope to get many years of use out of it.

Nice. Design and Very Quiet

When I put a new sink in my Kitchen, I decided to replace my old insinkereator. It was a little more expensive than the competition, but the quality is great. I would buy another one tomorrow, if needed.

Replacement unit works great, but could have been easier

I needed to replace a unit that failed after 18 years. Since it was an Insinkerator before and after, I was hoping that I could use the old mounting hardware as it looked the same and came from the same company. I struggled for a while and never got it to work. I finally gave up and changed out the mounting bracket and was finished in two minutes. I would have though they would have been compatible for decades. They are not. The new one runs great!!

This disposal is so quiet, sometimes I wonder if it's even on when I flip the switch! It does a great job.

Best thing in our kitchen upgrade

We purchased new counter-tops sinks and faucets and dishwasher and disposal.The disposal was the least expensive product we bought and is the best. Extremely quite and efficient. Wish you guys were in the sink faucet and dishwasher business!

Best ever

Install was easy due to identical mounting hardware from old unit. Had helper hold the unit in place through the sink drain, turn lock ring, and done. it's quiet and devours everything that seemed to choke lesser machines. Totally worth the extra cost.

Simply the best

Fast install, made of quality materials, powerful and EXTREMELY QUIET. I wasn't sure it was even working when I used it the first time it was so quiet. Worth the higher cost!
