Excellent product and very quiet.

As a complete novice as far as plumbing goes, I found this product very easy to install as a replacement unit for an existing Insinkerator installation. The product was advertised as quiet and it exceeded my expectations.

I really like this disposal

This disposal is extremely quiet. You can barely hear it. It is only a month old but if the performance continues like it does now, I'd highly recommend it.

love the Insinkerator Evolution 3/4 hp disposal. Very quiet and efficient. the unit itself is fairly large but we could not be happier with this disposal. the air switch works great.

Very quiet and efficient

We remodeled and upgraded our sink. We wanted a very quiet product and was not disappointed. It works great and easy to install.

So quiet.

Replaced the kitchen island and sold it intact with faucet, sink and garburator. The garburator was an 8 year old Badger, which worked well, but was noisy. This new Evolution Essential XTR food waste disposer works as advertised and is so quiet...just a faint hum. The bonus is that it includes the SinkTop switch. Our old setup was sold with the Island and we were pricing out a new one. Satisfied with our purchase.

Quiet plus

So quiet that you will be impressed. Even my contractor commented on how quiet the disposal is when operating. I also had the air button installed and that aspect is wonderful. With the push of a button, the ultra quiet disposal grinds up this and that. I had the button installed within my cabinet so easy access.

This product is extremely quite and efficient.

This is the third InSinkErator product I have had in my homes and have never had a single problem with any of them. This one is extremely quite and does an excellent job. I am very pleased once again.

So nmuch quieter than the old one

Replaced original Insikerator installed when house was built. Over 25 years ago. This new one is so quiet which is really important with an open floor plan. Much faster in in disposing of food scraps. Very happy.

We have an issue where it just shuts off and doesnt work

We have to reset the red button too often in our 2 months of having it. Not happy with this product

Powerful and quiet

Innovation built in to enable efficient grinding with 3/4 hp motor, less noise and handy drain cover removal (easy to keep clean) makes this a great choice and upgrade from less powerful, basic models. So glad I made the change!

Quiet & Efficient

I needed to replace my old Insinkerator which lasted for 20years. The shape of the newer machines has changed slightly which required a reconfiguration of the plumbing. After installation I was very impressed with the functionality and how much less noise it made. Very satisfied, and I hope it lasts for 20years like it's predecessor.

Very Good Replacement

My old Insinkerator needed replacement. I purchased the new one and quickly installed it. It is much quieter than the old one. It was easy to install.

Super Quite and efficient too!

Replaced an old incinerator when we remodeled our kitchen. The old one was over 10 years old and working perfectly but it was time. This one is much better and we are very pleased with the quiet operation and the way it works putting much less stress on the drainage system.

Great Product and Inovations

Upgraded disposal in home we bought and decided on a better model with in the InSinkErator brand. The installation was easy as always, however, the reduced sound level was outstanding. The increased horsepower does and great job. Also the switch I mounted on the sink make it quite easier to use.

Amazingly quiet

I've only had this garbage disposer installed for less than a week, but from my limited usage it has easily handled potato and banana peels, pineapple skins and cores, and apple cores (which I expected). But the feature which stood out most at first was how amazingly quiet this unit is. Relatively easy to install

This was a replacement model. The prior model was great as well but we believe someone put glass in by accident. So instaling this really meant attaching to the existing hardware, a quick wire connection, and a plug in. I am not sure why they do not just have some sort of switch between a wired solution and a plug in option. This would allow people who are not comfortable with tying off a wire to just plug in, BUt other than that it has worked tremendously well since installation.

This is my second insinkerator.. My first one lasted 12 years.
