So easy, it should have been illegal!

The ease of installation was great! Sound, or lack of, was even better!! This was a replacement of a similar, but older model, and it was pretty straight forward for the swap out. My only small issue, not related to the disposal, was the replacing of pipe from the disposal to the drain trap. The original was still stainless and had to be replaced with the supplied hardware. The product is a lot quieter than the previous Kitchenaide model and so far appears to take care of all items put inito it

Super quiet (don't bathe your babies in the sink!!

This thing will grind up anything. Literally anything. I think because of that, they made the rubber stopper much stronger so it's difficult to get items into it. You literally have to push it through the top. To me, that raises issues of safety, but maybe over time the rubber will soften and it'll be easier to get items in there without having to jam them in. Really easy install.

The install was easy compared to other brands I have used before. It is very quiet when running. The 9 year warrantee is great.

This is a very strong disposal. It is louder than I expected. I should of probably went with the 1/2-HP. But it works great and will destroy anything you put into in! Four Stars because of noise level for me.

Easy to replace an existing InSinkErator

I liked this product. It is very quiet compared to our old disposal. We originally had an InSinkErator that after about 20 years started to rust and leak. Because we had the drain adaptor set up already it took no time to install. One thing to note is the disposal makes my LED light bulbs blink once when turning on. We are planning to rewire the kitchen in the future to alleviate this.

Beautiful and efficient

This is the most beautiful disposal I've ever seen. I ordered it early but hope to have it installed in the near future after some kitchen renovations.

Exceeded my expectations

Doing a complete floor to ceiling kitchen remodeling, installed this on a dual sink solid surface countertop. Easy install, easy electric wiring, great instructions. Still amazed how quiet it is. Highly recommend.
