I like them

They are the best bluetooth headphones I have tried. This is my 5th different make. Tight fit, no noise infiltration. Comfortable fit, very snug. Maybe not for really hot day. Have not had a problem with hearing audiobook from my iPod, with one exception. Zero Turn Diesel mower, keeps the noise in check, but they are overridden by the mower. Great for everything other than the mower.

Yep. Worth it

As cliche as it sounds, I wish I had found these sooner. Goodness they are so comfortable and do exactly what they are intended to do. Block the loud exterior noises while providing clear music.

Low Volume

The ISO Air Defender works as indicated in the ads, but I can't get the volume high enough to a comfortable level to hear my podcast over the table saw.

Worth every penny!

Easy to set up, great noise cancellation, very confortable.

Nice product but...

My only problem was that after all the discussion of how light weight it was, they failed to mention it's tight. It's a one size fits all type of issue where those of use who have large heads don't find it as comfortable as others might. I have other noise cancelling headphones that this is not a problem and yet they still work.

Nicely made, rugged

These are very well made and function well. However they are unfordable as they are heavy and tight fitting compared to the hearing protectors I’ve had for years. Consequently I’m disappointed and am trying to return them.

Air Defender

I had been told that these were the most comfortable over ear hearing protectors on the market. My experience is that they are no better than my WorkTunes. They are still good though so I will only deduct 1 star for not living up to the hype. I recommend them if you must have an over the ear pair, but the in ear is what you need for comfort. IMHO.

Great New Hearing Protectors

The fit is very comfortable. The BlueTooth works great.

Great purchase

My Air Defenders were ready to use right out of the box. It's great to be able to listen to music, but even more impressive to me is that this hearing protection is even more effective than my 3M earphones. Great product!

Good Bluetooth Tech, Mediocre hearing protection.

The connectivity to devices is top notch. The hearing protection is questionable. The noise level of the machines I use is noticeably much louder than my usual Peltor muffs.

Glasses and volume

I like the iso tunes. However I have a couple complaints. First, When I have to wear readers the ear muff is so stiff that it crushes the glasses sides into and behind my ear. Which makes it unbearably painful after 45 minutes. Softer more conforming ear muffs would be great. Second, when I am running a sander and vacuum and play classical music I can’t turn up the volume enough to hear the music over the volume of the tools running. Another 20% volume would be appreciated.

Great headset!

I use these wonderful headphones in my noisy home basement woodworking shop. With the large power tools and central dust collecting system the noise is about 90-95 dB. The headphones are are joy to use, not only for the significant noise reduction but also for the Bluetooth feature.

Tight fit

Comfortable and great sound control, but they are way too tight on my head. I can only stand to wear them for a few minutes before the become very uncomfortable..

Just what it says on the tin

The ISOtunes Air Defender do exactly what I need them to do: - Excellent ear protection while in the shop - Good sound quality so that I can listen to music or podcasts while I work. They're very light weight, that the buttons have a good tactile feeling so they're easy to control while wearing them. Very satisfied with this purchase!

Air defenders

I purchased these after watching a James Hamilton review. My thoughts: the are light and the sound quality is excellent, as is the sound protection. I don’t find the anymore comfortable than any other pair of over ear / muffs. They are hot and just not comfortable for extended use. Personally I simply prefer in ear protection when noise levels allow.

Really good product

Wasn’t really sure what to expect so I’m really pleased with these. I used to use foam plugs or my air pods AND ear cans when mowing the lawn. Now I just use the these. Have to turn up the music a little but still 100% better. In my shop, with my table saw and shop vac running these are great. Almost forget to turn off the shop vac, which is the most annoying machine in the shop. Buy with confidence.

Better Than expected

They block sound much better than expected and have good sound quality.

Love ‘em

Very pleased with the fit and comfort of these headphones. Only reason for not giving five stars is the volume does not rock out loudly enough while racing my zero turn mower around the yard. I really wish they had more volume.

New to ISO Tunes

I have used the Air Defender twice to mow, and I could tell the difference in hearing protection. The setup was very easy. Pleased so far!

Didn't live up to expectations

There needs to be a larger size, this one is just too small for me. Can't wear this for more than a few minutes at a time.
