Would RecommendThis extension works well for a couple of reasons. 1st, it attaches with two hex set screws that work well compared to the usual clip on type. 2nd, there is a bevel on back, or closest to the drill, if you are drilling a deep hole and allows for easier backing out the extension. I drilled an 8' hole through a log wall and would not have been able to do that if not for multiple of these extensions. You will have to drill at least a 3/4" hole with this extension for it to work unelss you just need...
