First impressions

My boyfriend suggested this product after I learned that my dryer vent was clogged. It took hours to dry my clothes. As a result, I burnt the motor on my previous dryer. Initially, I thought this little thing can’t possibly work. I also thought my house is gonna be so hot and humid. Great price and easy to install

Great price and easy install. I only needed dryer vent pipe. Buying this whole kit was cheaper than buying the vent pipe and clamps separately. It was easy to install and the length was adequate. Now I have an inside dryer unit to help heat the house in the winter.

If you need an indoor vent for a dryer, this is it

accidentally ordered this, but it is made nicely, i like that it is for an inside vent, I just don't need it.

Quick fix

It's a good product have to make sure you keep some water in the bottom and mounting it on the wall isn't the best but if you can set it on the floor for easy access and keep having a lot of problems with the vent it works great.

Horrible customer service

This was purchased after my washer and dryer were delivered and the gas hook up was left on. It took me over six different phone calls with Lowe’s to get them to understand the seriousness of leaving my gas on. I was laughed at and made to feel unimportant With the seriousness of this. Customer service I received was absolutely awful and lets me not wanting to buy from Lowe’s ever again.
