Large but ergonomic, efficient packaging

The Proflex connectors/wire nuts have taller wings than standard wire nuts of the same capacity. They are also coated with soft rubber that allows you to twist together/connect wires with less stress on your hands. See attached photo comparing connectors. Bottomline: I found these easier to use on jobs that had more than a couple of boxes; you don't have to squeeze on the connectors as hard when twisting. Nice product. Easy to see and grip.

I love the twister brand wire nuts but when I saw these I just had to try them out. They are made of a little more flexible material and a little easier on the fingers to twist. They are larger than the regular wire nuts though, so they might not be the best in really tight boxes. They are brightly colored so they stand out. Not much to say. They seem to hold better than other wire nuts.

Nice new wire nut

Wire nuts is a nice addition to the wire nuts out there. They grab the wires quickly and hold on making connections quick and easy. However in a multiple circuit box or a single light box with a dimmer the box gets a little crowded because of their size. I do like the wider soft area to hold onto. Will use on any connections that space allows

Great to have in your tool box

Hard to improve on a wire nut. Great feel, grip, and firm connection. Can take a wide variety of wire sizes, May be overkill in size for 2 thin wires, but should work though. Better confidence over basic nuts. Less worrying if the connection is tight. Slight size increase over traditional nuts should not cause a problem is properly sized boxes.

GREAT connectors- good size range and comfortable

Great, easy to use and comfortable connectors! You won't have any problems twisting these with the easy to grip soft wings. The allowable wire size range is great on these. They are more expensive, yes, but also you can use them for so many different wiring needs that you could just buy these rather than two or three other types, so keeping some around for just-in-case is much easier! Can't say anything negative about these connectors!

Work Perfectly

I finally had a purpose for using the Twister PROFLEX wire connectors in replacing a couple ceiling lights and these work perfectly. Hard to get excited about wire connectors but these are well worth the investment. First they are easy to handle one handed as anyone who install ceiling lights know you quickly run out of hands. Love ‘em.

On one hand, it’s just a wire nut. On the other hand, they are the nicest ones I’ve used, and would preferred to use from now on. The wings on the sides give you extra leverage, and the rubbery surface added gives you extra grip power. That skirt on the open end is really nice, too, for an extra layer of protection. Sometimes you have more copper length in the nut than you would like, or you’re cramming the wires into a box, and this helps out with that a lot. Can’t say anything bad about them.

Super easy to hold onto while twisting onto wires. I don't know why they think the flexible skirt adds to the quality of the connector but it is a great product.

Solid connection and protection.

These wire connectors are fantastic. Smaller wires to the larger bundles it takes em all. Very easy to twist on and secure, and there is a boot that covers more of the connection keeping it safe. The wings make it easy to twist on and off with more torque. They are the new standard for connectors.

Do exactly what they should. They have small find on the outside that make them easier to grip and twist.

Over the years twisting and pairing wires together going from old black electric tape to these is a world of improvement. It is the “IDEAL” wirenut

I never thought there could be an improvement to a simple wirenut but I was wrong. This is the ideal wirenut. No more looking for an orange, yellow, red or blue wirenut. Will accept 2-18’s to 4-10’s. This one does it all. It also has a skirt around the bottom to protect the stripped wire. The last type wirenut you will need to buy.
