Would RecommendSuper quiet. Nice quality. Very good fan but seems slow. I did not know that the CFM rating was Less than 3000 until I read off the side of the box. It's adequate for my 12x12 bedroom but next time I'll do more research. Own Other Hunter fans and they don't quit. Would give 5 stars but this fan Is not very fast.

Perfect for a small room
Would RecommendSo far the fan is working great. Perfectly serviceable for a small room. The pull chain for the light tends to catch if not pulled straight down. Removing the globe also requires the removal of the chain-pulls (the chains are threaded through the globe). So, that will be a minor inconvenience when cleaning or changing the bulbs.

Hunter fans hold up
Would RecommendI have always used hunter fans for over 10 years and when I ordered the new Swanson fan it was the first I had to replace one. I use to use cheaper one's but after a year of use they where ready to shake out of their mounts. So I tried a hunter fan and now I have three of them and other than cleaning the blades, there still working great.
