I had high hopes

 Would Not Recommend

We have been overrun by fruit flies, and I have tried the home remedies, fly strips, the VACUUM CLEANER...Everything! I saw all the great reviews for this, so I wanted to belive it was the answer. I hung it in my kitchen for 3.5 hours before moving it to my garage. I don't think it killed one fly. There did end up being one house fly upside down and buzzing some, so possibly it did kill that one? But, no other dead flies of any kind were found and it did not help our problem at all.

It works

One of my cats had kittens in the back room where my miscellaneous junk is. Not all of them lived. I don't know what she did with the body. I can smell it, but I can't find it. It didn't take long for the room, to fill with flies. It looked like Amityville Horror in there. I hung one of these in there on Wednesday night. The flies were gone Thursday morning. Now I have to clean the room out. I have a kitty corpse and several thousand fly corpses to find and dispose of.

NO-Pest Insect Killer Strips by HOT SHOT

I'm very glad to have these things until my place is fully sprayed by exterminator. We live in a city where the bugs are as big as birds and fly the same way! It's just awful when you are petrified by the dang things! Anyway, a huge "palmetto bug" can only last 30 min in a closed room with one of these things standing nearby. Starts to crawl much more slowly, and even smaller bugs will slow down and seem sick and end up on their backs seeming to have convulsions... sounds terrible I know but...

Used for over 5 years!!

I have been using this product in my attic for over 5 years with no complaints. When I forgot to replace the strip, I can notice the difference. I normally don’t write reviews but with this product I had to.
