Faulty equipment
Not communicating with unit properly. Thermostat is not kicking on at set temp. New install it wasn’t communicating with unit properly. 3 weeks later it’s 78 in house and thermostat set on 72. Mild spring weather. Had to have new manual thermostat installed.

Would RecommendEasy to set up and the app is simple to learn. We have two units and the house temperature is now more stable and consistently comfortable. This unit also allowed me to schedule fan circulation so the full unit intended all the time.

Easy to use but screens can fail
Had 3. One lasted years then screen went, one lasted a month and screen went. Now on third. Easy to use thermostat with internet app. Reasonable cost vs bigger brands.

Would RecommendI installed this thermostat a few weeks ago and form the moment I installed it, I was impressed with it. It has nice clean screen. You can see. The temperature that you have selected you can also see the temperature that is current and you can see the outside temperature which is nice. I love how clearly and easy to read display is, but most importantly, I love that it does exactly what I wanted to do. My old thermostat had a mind of its own. It was digital, and I will set it a different setting...
