I love my new island

I searched pretty good before buying. I ordered it at the store and it only took me 3 days to get it. It took me and hubby about and hour and a half to put together and instructions were pretty straight forward. The only complaints I had was the top came in a separate box and was missing the bolts. I went to the nearest ACE hardware with the leftover bolt from the bottom and sized it and bought six bolts and I was good. Bad fit

I have been waiting four days to hear from customer service. The L pieces for the backs of the bottom draws do not fit property , to small and my son - in- law that can fix, figure out anything can not make this work. Come on Lowes, I expect more from you.

Not As Described

Beware this cart does not come with a top! The instructions tell you to customize your cart by adding a wood, stainless, or granite top! Really disappointing...The hardware is also not as pictured , it has round knobs not square handles. It will be returned

Cherry Challenge

Appearance is good to great. We picked the product up and it arrived a day ahead of schedule. We were pleased overall but the assembly was very time consuming. My husband is very talented and can assemble almost anything BUT this took him 8 hrs. Very frustrating! If not talented in assembling with some carpentry background you would need to hire this done. Ending on a positive note, it has a pleasing dark cherry finish and is true to product description.

Great Working Island, Worth Much More!

I was nicely suprised on the workmanship of this island. It was so easy to assemble, I did it by myself except putting on the granite top because of the weight. I did need help for that. I have plenty of kitchen cabinets but not enough drawers in my kitchen and this was the perfect solution. I am very happy and pleased with the quality, shipping and really everything about this product. I would definitely recommend to any one looking for a great working island.

Takes time...

This is a beautiful desk once you get it together. It takes FOREVER to get it assembled correctly - make sure you have the keyboard drawer correctly assembled before you attach it to the actual desk... :) The instructions provided were nothing more than pictures, unless you can read a foreign language correctly (literally). I purchased 2 desks, one of which had a broken top section. After a brief phone call, the manufacturer sent out a replacement quickly and without fuss.

Hardest thing I've ever put together!

We wanted a black corner tv console and this was the only one we found to fit. Had we known how difficult it was to put together, we would have returned it. Poor instructions and lots of pieces that did not fit easily together. After four hours, we finally finished. We will spend the extra money next time to get better quality and a finished product!

For a TV stand the cost was right for us to purchase. It goes with the pieces that we already have. Had no problems putting the stand together.

White pedestal table

The table came a couple days late which was no big deal. However after I borrowed a truck to pick it up in and brought it home I realized it was already damaged in multiple places. I did notice that the box it was in already looked as if it had been open and probably should have examined all the pieces before I went through the process of putting it together and throwing away the boxes. Nice design, poor workmanship

After opening the table pedestal, we decided to put a chair together to evaluate the comfort and quality. The finish was so bad on first chair part out of the box that we've repackaged and are returning the set. The design looks good, the construction was as expected, but the finish was so poorly done we're unsatisfied.

Very Poor Quality

I bought this item from Lowe' s online. It was reasonably priced. Maybe too reasonably priced. The item shipped from the east coast FedEx and took about a week to get here. Upon opening the box there were three of the wood parts that were damaged to the extent that I has to call the manufacturer for replacements. This was probably a FedEx or Lowe's issue. Hard to say. It took several emails including photos to get the parts shipped from the manufacturer and this process was about another ten day...

Happy so far with this purchase

This is overall a very attractive, nice kitchen island. It looks great in my kitchen and it was very easy to assemble. It took my husband and myself about 45 minutes to put together, and I would definitely recommend 2 people to assemble this product. Unacceptable quality.

We have been having serious problems with this TV stand from the start. When we opened the box, several parts were damaged and we had to reorder a door. The magnets were so strong that when we opened the doors, the whole cabinet would come forward. We reordered magnets. They were exactly the same and therefore did not resolve the problem. Not Perfect

Let me start with the "pros" because I don't hate this product. It definitely is made of quality parts and is super solid. The top is heavy duty (although I haven't cut on it yet) and the drawers/doors are very sturdy. The "cons" are what made my rating from 5-star down to where it is. This was a perfect size and the fact that is was on castors made me overcome my reluctance to buy something that costs almost $400 sight unseen. overrated mediocre product

For the price of this product one should expect and receive; customer service (pass the buck to lowes in this case), quality control (product had repairs that were not completed, had paint over dirt). Reviews of this company laud the use of wood in their products. This product is basically mdf.
