Product did not fit correctly had to work on unit to make fit

Not Standard Size

I love the headboard except..... It is about 1 1/2" wider than a standard bed frame! Very disappointed in that. Couldn't attach frame to it. Otherwise loved it.

Very nice wine rack

I bought this as a wedding gift for my daughter. It was fairly easy to assemble. A little bigger and heavier than i expected, but all in all a nice winerack.

Pleasantly Surprised

The table and chairs are very sturdy. Color is not quite Oak but it fits well in the house. Only "complaint" I really have is the way the parts are "secured" to the bottom of the tabletop ... staples simply break off in the wood, having no choice but to nail them flat rather than being able to completely remove them ... hopefully they don't start to rust in the tabletop!

Buying this piece was very easy on Lowe's website. They gave good detail & all the reviews were helpful. Had it shipped directly from manufacturer to my home (free shipping). It came three days ahead of schedule. It is very heavy and you will need help lifting the top on to the cabinet. Had a little panic attack while putting together. Beautiful Media cabinet

Shipping was super quick! This is perfect to go under a wall mounted tv. It's higher than most media cabinets.

Very happy with this island

I purchased this island for a lower level apartment in my home that has little counter space in the kitchen. The island is perfect for it. Construction of it went well, but be sure you do everything in order. All the corners matched up and the drawer slides well. One cabinet door is off very slightly, but I can live with that. They changed the description

Before I made the purchase, the specification shows it doen't require a box spring and it is made from solid wood. That's the reason I decide to buy it. However, after I received it, I realized that it is not the case. I then checked the website again and someone modified the description to make is correct. It is just a waist time and efforts.

One file/ Two drawers

This file cabinet matches nicely with the desk, which I also purchased. Read the description to appreciate that it is actually two functional drawers, not three. There is a small drawer on top and a file cabinet below it. I have my computer's printer perched on top of it. I had ordered two of these file cabinets but one of them was damaged when we went to make the pick up at the store. Recommend inspecting them before you bring them home. Good Desk ....But

I have had the desk for only a couple of days so I can't speak to its long-term quality, but it does seem very substantial. There is some damage on the top of the desk, and I will be reaching out to the store and the manufacturer to see if there is a way to repair it. Unfortunately, we didn't see it until we got the desk home. On the other hand, I ordered two matching file cabinets and left one in the store because it was clearly damaged. Decent for price, but problems

First table I ordered arrived damaged. I had to reorder and still need to sort out how to return the first one. My local Lowes was supposed to call me a week ago, and they have not. It's too heavy and too large for me to return myself. The second table arrived undamaged. The seams where the leaf meets the table are uneven and are not very tight. Everything was great, except on one of piece F, one hole was drilled wrong wrongand had redrill another hole. I made it work and my wife loves it.

DELIVERED WITH DAMAGE - MANUFACTURER NOT HELPFUL

First let me say, none of this is Lowe's fault. The vanity came in a just a few days right from the manufacturer. It took my husband about 3 hours to put together and he is a genius at assembling things. Lots and lots of pieces and hardware. One of the drawers had a very large paint chip right on the front. I contacted the manufacturer and first they offered to send me a touch up marker. Um, no. I paid over $500 for this piece of furniture and I don't want touch up paint on the front of it. So, ...

Ordered off of website with ease. Shipment to my door was very quick. However, many problems with product received and I sent an email to Lowe's customer service as well as the manufacturer of the product the day after receipt. It is now three days later and I have yet to receive a response from either Lowe's or the manufacturer.
