Absolute Garbage

I've used this in a professional capacity dozens of times. It's the only brand of spray texture I've ever seen in my part of the country. The knockdown product looks nothing like actual knockdown. Even on the heaviest setting it sprays out like orange peel. Once you knock it down it looks horrible. Makes a huge mess

Warmed it up, shook it really well, set it to heavy, and then had to get within 3” of the wall to get any of it ON the wall. Tipped upside down to clear and tried again and again, with the same results. Finally got enough on the wall to work with, and then it worked beautifully, but dang it got plaster everwhere!! I will try again, but first impressions not impressed.

good product terrible delivery

Can says to shake vigorsly for 1 min. Should say shake till ball in can rattles freely. Black handle is in the way of trigger. I used 1 can on 16 squar feet. Wasted most trying to ger it on the wall. Dont try to put it on the ceiling, it wont go that way. Knock down looks good when finished just not sure its worth the trouble.

Crap

I reluctantly bought this at Lowes even after reading reviews trying to keep from dragging compressor and hopper gun upstairs to touch up some knock down ceiling texture on drywall patches I had done! Terrible choice! I shook it over the one minute recommended time and it sprayed texture out in a good pattern for about 5 seconds and then clogged! The spray nozzle you push also kept falling off! Terrible! Ole hopper gun and compressor to the rescue which is what I should of started with!

Waste made more of a mess then anything, does not spray well at all

Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great aerosol wall texture spray for beginners, it's easy to use and really helped me to cover some wall holes. love that I can use it heavy or light-handed, all I did was knockdown with a scrapper tool & it worked wonderfully.

Spray Problems

I had an existing can of Homax at home that was only one month old. Would not spray. Bought another can for a small drywall repair and had difficulty spraying. Tried to follow the instructions on the can to hold the can in warm water but still did not work up to expectation. I should be able to purchase this product, use it, store it as directed, and use it again within a reasonable time frame. When it does spray it does work as advertised. Helped cover up shoddy work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we removed a large mirror in our bathroom we found out that it was missing drywall and on top of that the walls themselves had a lot of texture that standard drywall jobs don't usually have. Using the Aerosol Wall Texture made it easy to cover up the imperfections in the wall below. Hopefully I'll have after pictures soon, but the project isn't completely finished yet... Thank you PPG for this awesome DIY option.

Dont waste your money. Tried 2 cans and both stopped spraying properly after 30 seconds. Kept shaking it and it still dribbled out.

Great for texture repair on drywall.

Took a little practice but fairly easy to texture a drywall patch so that it matches other texture.

Just follow directions on the back and the wall will get textured very easily! Great color and you can control the texture size and spray easily with distance. Hardly any smell as well!
