Would Recommendbut then the oscillation started to act up. It still oscillates but it makes a loud clicking noise at various points in swing cycle. This defeats purpose of steady white noise for sleeping. Otherwise, a nice inexpensive fan - pushes a fair amount of air for its size. Purchased November 2020.

Impossible to clean!!!
Would Not RecommendDo not buy this fan if you expect to clean it!!!! Holmes recommends never removing the front grill but using a vacuum cleaner to clean it, that’s ridiculous! A vacuum cleaner doesn’t have enough suction to remove dust, dog hair etc. from the blades when holding the vacuum outside the grill/body of the fan! Wish I’d never bought the Holmes HAO-90!

Noisy and it squeaks!
Would Not RecommendI installed this as a wall fan on August 3, 2020 as a replacement for an old Holmes fan that eventualy died. Even at low speed this new fan is loud and soon afte putting it into service it developed an annoying squeak, like the sound of a cat coughing up a hairball.
