Would RecommendThese are great if you want the old timey Christmas light look because they are softer than LEDs. The downside is that these use 5 times more power, so you can only connect 5 of these sets together instead of 25 sets of LEDs. I would recommend getting LEDs for outside so that you can connect more strands together, but these were super cheap and look nice in windows.

Only Half the String Worked
Half of the string was dead. Even replacing the light didn’t fix it. I’m sure it was a dud, but still very inconvenient.

Great when they work
Would Not RecommendI ordered two sets to replace LED colored lights. These have such a nice, warm tone compared to the LED kinds—at least when they work. The first set worked right out of the box, as they should. The second set never lit up. You could see that nearly every bulb was blown out, straight out of the box. It's not worth the time to return them, I just hate that they're a complete waste so I won't be buying these again out of fear I'll get more duds.
