Chic dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The front is chic and elegant. No visible buttons on the outside. Inside has large capacity and the color is unique. Simple controls and compartments for soap. The front would go nicely with any color or style cabinets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the color combo of steel and black. Also it doesn't leave a bunch of fingerprints all over the front of the door that your company can then see when they visit . It's really big inside too so plenty of pots will fit thankfully.

Great Dishwasher

On Sale? Warranty Denied!

Thinking about purchasing on sale? READ ME FIRST! Purchased last year, got around to installing and it's missing edge seals and toe kick plate. There's a mfg warranty, so no issue, right? Just call and get replacements sent out, easy, right? WRONG! After literal hours on the phone, from parts dept, to CS, to the Manager of all things warranty, they DENIED MY WARRANTY because I got the dishwasher ON SALE. No plumber for repairs

Don't get a Hi Sense if you live in the USA. You won't find a local plumber to help you repair it. It has screws that should open but do not. So here we are on the Lowes site looking for any idea about how to fix it ourselves. Lowes should not sell appliance like this if no local plumber will no touch it. Back to washing dishes by hand.

worst service and product

bought while doing kitchen remodeling as an last minute upgrade. worked great gor about a month and started not draining. was able to fix it easily, then started to open door after running for a minute. called hisense customer service. took a couple months before they would approve a replacement. replaced and reinstalled to have it work about 2 months and start doing the open door issue again. called for service. service email sent 6-1-23. It works well

Cheap interior, broken in under six months. Warranty repair is very slow process, day four of being down and still dont have a date scheduled to repair.

OMG! I'm so disappointed

Poorly designed

The spacing of the racks and tilt of the spokes to hold dishes are both very poorly designed. There are non-removable features that make it so nothing will fit in certain spots (for example, regular mason jars or glasses will not fit in 1/3 of the top rack). The poor design makes it cumbersome and inefficient to load. Would not recommend.

Disappointed No Heat

The unit looks good and is quiet however this is the only dishwasher that I’ve ever seen without any heating element to dry dishes. The unit relies on air drying once the door opens. Even following the instructions and allowing the unit to complete the drying cycle the dishes are still wet and need some hand drying. Poor customer service

Its been over 6 weeks since I've called Hisense for warranty work and it's still not fixed. The first service contractor was a no show on the day of the appointment. The 2nd contractor came, supposedly ordered parts 3 weeks ago and hasn't been back. He doesn't answer his phone or return phone calls. Hisense customer service is useless. Anytime you call there are a bunch of hoops to jump through and its 10 minutes before a person actually answers, and when they do, nothing happens. And Lowes cou...

Buyer beware, Hisense will give you problems when trying to seek warranty claims. Better have all your receipt paperwork or your claim will be denied. If you are not the first buyer forget it.

We havent installes our dishwasher yet but it looks noce and matches our appliance set
