Be careful

I will first give credit where credit is due. It is quiet. But in the end I'll take a little more noise for a better unit. DRYING OR ANYTHING CLOSE DOES NOT EXIST WITH THIS UNIT. It claims some drying functionality...but in reality you're better off by just simply opening the door for 4-5 hours and letting them dry that way...or manually towel drying them. Quiet, but after 3 months leaving food on dishes

This dishwasher is extremely quiet. I like the upper and middle racks. However, I hate the bottom rack. The tines are bent back at such an angle that large bowls, pots, and cookie sheets do not fit in it very well. We are having to run more loads than with our previous dishwasher. Also, after 4 months it has started leaving food on our dishes and several dishes have to be rewashed. I wish we still had our old dishwasher. It was noisier, but more functional.

Regret buying.

Awful. Super cheap and flimsy. Comes off the tracks if you breathe too hard. Terrible spacing. Barely fits anything. Doesn’t dry or even wash great. Just all around awful. I should have kept the old dishwasher

SO VERSATILE

Stainless steel design is good basket design isn't

The lower basket does not track on to the door properly it falls into the depression, the silverware baskets were designed to Short without the adapters and too restricted with adapters on to hold a sufficient amount of silverware. Also the soap dispenser is only designed to use the pill cartridges instead of regular powder. The amount of space is good , the unit is extremely quiet also, but the other issues make it overall a bad purchase

Nice amount of space for loading dishes, easy to use, and cleans dishes very well! Great product for a great price!

Multiple issues

I bought this dishwasher for a rental and after less than two years I am buying another different brand. First problem was it is extremely difficult to start which is not ideal for renters. I had to place labels on it on how to start because I got so many calls that the dishwasher would not work. You have to make a dishwasher cycle selection the hold it down until it blinks or it will not start. Faulty Pump

I purchased this dishwasher Aug 2023, I'm about to call appliance repair for the second time to have the pump replaced yet again. This should not be under constant repair when it's barely a year old. Also, I hope you like wet dishes because there isn't a drying feature. Definitely not worth the money. Will never buy another Hisense product again.

Horrible service and hard to get a response from

I had this machine less than 60 days before I started having problems with the dishes getting clean in the dishwasher. It progressed to the door not staying shut to be able to run the cycle. I have already called and Lowes and Hisense and was told by Lowes they had a 30 day window and then the company was responsible. I called the company and after jumping through hoops to get information to them they had a different company {after I called again 4 days later} tasked to work on the dishwasher...

I received and email yesterday from Hisense directing me to their response to my original review. It's nowhere to be found. Terrible customer service.

Hisense Dishwasher Installed 12/23/2023

I am very unhappy with this dishwasher. I use the heavy setting but cups, bowls and utensils are not clean after only using it for seven months. Everything must be prerinsed in the sink before placing in the dishwasher. I never even have the dishwasher full of dishes when I run it. I use Finish which is recommended by the manufacturer. My 28 year old dishwasher got my dishes sparkling clean until it quit. I would not recommend this product.

Does not clean the middle drawer

The middle drawer does not clean. The glasses come out dirtier than they go in. Very disappointed.
