Good set for the money
Would Not RecommendThe chef's knife has a few small chips on the blades edge right out of the box. With the honing stone it will correct intime but would be nice if they were not there. I've had the set for 2 weeks and they work great all blades are sharp and cut nicely. The santoku knife had two small spots where the blade's edge rolled when placing it back in the holder, this was caused by the honing stone in the holder ( was loose on the right side). Just have to be carful do too the construction of the knives....

Would RecommendReally nice knife set. Super sharp. You have to be careful, they are that sharp that is the know slips it will cut you. I was able to basically shave slices of tomatoes. My only “complaint” is that I wish there was a bread knife.

Would RecommendVery pleased. The shipment arrived promptly and well packaged. I have used the knives for a week in my commercial kitchen and they have performed flawlessly! It's a joy having sharp knives in my kitchen. It is well know that you "get what you pay for." However, I must say that the low price is not an indicator of low quality in this case. The quality of the knives far exceeds the low price and I am grateful that they were affordable.
