Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great knives. Sharp enough for what cooking I do. Only negative is don’t put in dishwasher. It will discolor handles. I know you shouldn’t put knives in the dishwasher, but sometimes other people put them in there.

Best Knife Set I've ever Owned!

They came super sharp and I haven't met a challenge for them that they haven't been able to meet yet. Tomatoes? Beautiful. Herbs? Done. Thin-cut potatoes? Easy.

The edge stays sharp for a long time ( in fact, I haven’t even had to sharpen them yet). I get a lot of compliments on these knives and am glad I got them.
