Excellent knife set
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second set of Henckels knives. The first set is still in excellent condition after 25 years! We wanted a larger set which is why we got this 17 piece set. My only disappointment is that the steaks knives are stamped and not forged. My old set was smaller but even the steak knives were forged and had a full bolster. The rest of the knives in the set are excellent and feel steady and comfortable in my hand.

The santoku knife and chef’s knife are the only two I’ve used so far but I anticipate all of them to work in the same smooth fashion. Definitely pleased with my purchase.
