Valuable kitchen tool
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always wanted a 6” chef knife to add to my knife collection. My 10” and 8” chef knives are both very useful but having a 6” has allowed me more to have an everyday knife to use for preparing vegetables to go into salads. I live alone and cook for one most of the time so the smaller knife fills the bill. I have never owned the Henkel brand before but I’m enjoying it so far.

Seems great, had to sharpen

Bummer because I was excited to start using it right away since it was gift. I had to sharpen the knife to get it out, but after that it was great. Comfortable hold and smooth cut.

Perfectly sized knife for small hands

It’s always great to have the big 8-inch knife for large items, but for short people with small hands, it’s way easier to stand at a counter and have a small option. Plus the knifes are wonderfully made, very sharp and strong. Would highly recommend this model and especially this 6-inch knife!

A Great Starter Knife
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only knives I ever owned before this one lost their sharpness very quickly, and ended up rusting over despite ostensibly being rustproof. So far this knife seems to be holding up really well. Its construction is solid and it cuts very easily. My hope is that it will hold up for years to come.
