Great Chef's Knife for Starters
Would RecommendThis is my first Chef's Knife and I have been using it to cut all sorts of things from veggies to meats and even just to open bags. Having tiny hands means some knifes can feel bulky & unwieldy, but this knife fits comfortably in my small hands as well as my spouses larger hands. I can't recommend it enough!

Would RecommendI had this knife 12 years when it finally gave out (broken handle). I was thrilled to find it available online. I purchased it and a Twin sharpener to keep the blade sharp and the angle right and I couldn’t be happier. This is my go to knife for everything!!
