Claims to work with CasaBlanca
Base will not fit inside any of my CasaBlanca ceiling housings becasue of the 4 three screws that hold the housing to the electrical box. Will not fit into the electrical box either. Too big. So to the question of how well it works... I don't know. Could not get that far.

Works well but limited
This was easy to install and instantly linked to the remote. The cradle is an excellent touch so as not to lose the remote, the only kink is that this is strictly off / on, no fan speed control, what ever speed it is set on is what you get unless you manually change it but most remotes are bought because the fan is hard to access... as long as you know that going in it is a great remote.

This ceiling fan remote works ok but it will not switch speeds on the Ceiling fan. The package doesn't give you that information until you open it. It is just strictly on or off.

I purchased this item in order to add a second remote control to a harbor breeze and that I purchased. The universal remote was also a harbor breeze branded product. It failed to connect. Harbor breeze customer said that the fan that I purchased did not support multiple remote controls. Universal ceiling fan control
Apparently, my ceiling fan was built in an alternate universe; not enough room inside the fan to mount the receiver that is bigger than the remote controller. Took it back for refund and bought a $5 pull chain switch. Way too much work just so save pulling a chain.

I bought this one because it was the only one that was available on the shelf that wasn't Bluetooth capable since I had no intentions of making my home a smart home. I originally had a Hunter remote that was speed selective and it dimmed as well. There was not one like it on the display so now I've purchased one that I'll soon replace again because it's kinda cheesy. Like I said it works but that's it. Small and dinky and and just barely better than just using the wall switch.
