Bright and made white

Installed 4 light kits on Classic 52in Bronze Ceiling Fans (Model #BDB52ABZC5M). We used acetone to remove the brown finish from the glass shades and now they are bright white. The light shade are made of thick smoked glass and match other light fixtures in our house. The light output is great and really brightens up the room. For installation, it helps to have someone (a statue of liberty) hold the fixture while wiring.
