These poles are super to use because they have a plate at the bottom that screws into the dirt to help hold the pole straight and secure in the ground. Would RecommendWell built and once in the ground are good to go. You can't place them too far apart as the weight of the lights will strain their stiffness and cause them to lean. They worked great for me.

Poles bend, doesn’t hold weight

Adequate, but not exceptional
Would RecommendEasy to assembly, but it’d be better if the top ring was narrow gauge into order to pierce typical attachment on string lights. The pole/stake isn’t very deep, so with a single rain, the pole started to slant. It’d be helpful if the pole came with an attachment cable to tie back the pole to alleviate the slant.
