The fan looks great; silent operation, no issues with the light or remote. Our complaint is that the highest fan speed is slower than the lowest setting of the ceiling fans in our bedroom and dining room. I'm watching them simultaneously from where I'm sitting and it's remarkable. No wonder this one fails to keep us cool in that room. I wish someone/anyone might have mentioned the blade speed and how poorly it circulates and moves the air. We would have bought a different fan. Looking forward to...

Would Not RecommendReputable company, love the design, loved the fact that there was a remote so we didn't have to wire it into a wall switch. But after about 3 years, the remote didn't work so we couldn't turn off the fan or the light. Changed the batteries, tried a replacement remote, no luck.

Would Not RecommendSadly, it had been returned and repacked, and my installer said it didn't work. Should not have been put back on the shelf if it didn't work. I returned it and bought a different ceiling fan somewhere else. This is not so much on the fan, but on the store.
