Would Not RecommendI have a Harbor Breeze ceiling fan that works on remote ONLY. I do not recommend this product. I had to pay someone to have it installed, and now I have to return this product because it does not dim the light, or switch from high to medium to low for the fan setting. Very dissatisfied with this product!! OH, and this is my 3rd replacement I have had to put in the fan, so this makes it even worse. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT!!!!

It was the only universal remote for a ceiling fan that Lowe's had available, a big disappointment for a huge store... Would Not RecommendInstalled 3 of them in separate rooms. They worked fine, controlling each fan individually and on day 3, one room lost sync between the remote and fan. I followed the instructions and reprogrammed, but after the reprogramming that one remote was turning the light and fan on in all of the other rooms as well. No tech support available. I’ve already returned and moved on to a more reliable product.
