3 sp motor and dim function on the remote
Would Not RecommendI bought one of these a couple years ago and it resolved the problem. Had another fan die and bought another one. My fault, I did not pay attention to the single "On/off" for both the fan motor and light. The other one I got 2yrs ago had L-M-H speeds and light had dimming function, which is what I wanted. So consider this if you want to purchase a remote for your ceiling fan.

Would Not RecommendI wish I would have looked online at all the bad reviews for this hunk of crap before I bought it in store. It lasted about 4 months before the sensor that mounts with the fan stopped relaying the light button. stay away from this thing.
