Would RecommendI had this installed in a wall instead of a ceiling. It casts a very nice cone of light and lights the stairwell quite well with no shadowed areas. Wiring was quite simple and easily understood and the butterfly clamps hold the light perfectly in the wall.

Would Not RecommendThere is not adequate information on the packaging to choose a light for a given ceiling hole size. You would think that the one which said 6 inch aperture would fit a 6 inch ceiling hole.But not so! You need to buy the one that says 4 inch aperture to fit a 6 inch hole. Why use the word "aperture"? Why not say that it fits into a 6 inch ceiling hole? Also, the installation instructions are not very understandable. Great lights
Great lights but they didn’t seat flush on the celing, I had to cauk around the edge. If not I could see gaps .. I purchased 4 and all of them have the same issue.

Would RecommendThese LED lights worked great, my wife does bakeing and she was always blocking her light when working. Now these new light I told her she could land planes, just kidding, but she has plenty of light and they use very little power. Thanks Lowes
