Requires grounding but doesn't mention it.
Would Not RecommendPerhaps this is a great light if you have the right setup, but they deceptively don't mention or show the attached grounding wire in any of the pictures, and per the directions, I don't feel confident in my skills to to drill a hole in my existing luminaire to connect it. (Does that even really ground it?) The fact that it is included suggests that this model in particular may need it due to the metal parts. Certainly not equivalent to just changing a light bulb.
