Update 5/15/26: Fuzzy new growth started this week. Looks like it is pretty thick in some places and pretty sparse in others. Looks like it is going to be okay.

Not so good!
Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If there is the slightest breeze you can't get it to stay down. I tried landscape staples and it just tears right through it. I finally got it to stay down long enough to water it then when I went to check the next morning it had blown around everywhere. I still have a lot more to put down but, not sure it's worth all the trouble.

Better than seeding
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Better than previous seeding efforts. The rye grass has already come in after 2 weeks. The Bermuda grass isn’t visible yet. But this was very easy to place and cover my bare areas. Last year I used seed and fertilizer but only about half the area produced grass. The matting is keeping the seed in place so it looks like I will have much better results.
