These Deck Screws.
Would RecommendI use these screws for all my wood attachment needs. I hardly ever use nails anymore. Although somewhat pricey I prefer these type of fasteners mostly because of the star drive. I have abandoned phillip head screws and flat head because they tend to strip out with any power screwdriver. The star head gives a more positive grip. One point off for this brand of screw as there were a number of screws that were unusable due to heads filled with coating or that had defective drive holes.
