The “star” bit head holds so much better than Phillips head that it’s the only head type I use if I have any choice in the matter.

Would RecommendThese are very well designed screws that in many cases can replace a #16 nail. The Torx 25 head works very well with an impact driver. I did pre-drill in the hard, pressure treated lumber, but that may not have been necessary.
