Exactly what I need
Would RecommendI'm about to soundproof the ceiling between the first and second floor, installing 5/8" drywall to resilient channel. These screws (min. 3/4") were recommended to attach the drywall to the resilient channel so they wouldn't pierce the floor joist but I opted for this longer version so the weight of the drywall would be supported without issue. These screws are exactly what I need to get the job done.
