What Customers Are Saying

This insulation knife appears to be an effective tool for cutting various types of insulation, such as rockwool and mineral wool. Many reviewers praised its ability to cleanly and easily cut through the material, with the serrated blade and comfortable handle highlighted as key features. While a few suggested a regular knife could work as well, the majority found this specialized knife to be a worthwhile investment, particularly for larger insulation projects.

Garbage. Does not cut well at all. Flimsy blade, hard to grip handle.

Works well but there are better options

Would Recommend

This knife works well for cutting Roxul. However, I suggest you get an old bread knife - or buy a new one. It's cheaper and works better than this knife. My guess is that the bread knife is honed to a finer edge. Any knife with a serrated edge will work fine.

Inexpensive Tool to Help Complete the Project

When insulation expanded when I opened the package, the knife being long helped me cut the insulation easily. I hesitated to buy it, but I’m glad that I did.
