Would Not RecommendThese feeders are shoddily made from tin. They bend easily and the soldered joints are poorly done. The first time the top was opened one of the hinge joint broke loose. They will be returned. These feeders would be overpriced at half their cost

Would RecommendThis feeder looks great and fends off squirrels with ease. It was slightly bent when I picked it up at the store, but it was easy to correct. I set the spring to the middle tension and sure enough the birds were able to find it in a few hours. Took another day before the squirrels showed up, but try as they may the flap closed perfectly to keep them from grabbing all the feed

Seed gets wet and clogs openings
Would Not Recommend[Employee of lowes] Really cute feeder and holds a lot of seed. However, due to the design, when it rains, the openings get wet. The fine particles and "crumbs" become solid and clogs the little ports. The birds go to my other 3 feeders and clean them out over this one. I only fill it once a month since it's too much "work" to get to the seeds. Replacing it with something else.

Would RecommendCute house style and durable construction. It also holds a large amount of seed so I don’t have to refill it often. The downside: the squirrels have already figured out how to hang from the top with their back legs and scoop seed out of the openings!
