Easy to Install great quality video

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was easy to install. Upgraded from our Blink Dorbell. Has better video quality and sleeker look. Does require a subscription for storage but this was anticipated since that seems to be the norm. Overall pleased with it and glad we made the change. Will start adding to our Google nest network now.

Easy set up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Google nest video doorbell was pretty easy to install. We already had a wired doorbell, so it was convenient to switch. The app for it is also easy to maneuver through. It detected more than our last doorbell.

Great doorbell camera

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this door bell camera! During Thanksgiving we changed the door bell sound to "gobbling" which was hilarious. Easy to install and love being able to see when packages were delivered.

Helped us find out who's dog pooped in our yard

I love how easy the doorbell is to set up. I use Google/Nest throughout my home and this doorbell has great video quality. The AI is pretty cool! We used it to figure out what dog was pooping in our yard. We just asked Gemini to find a dog pooping in our yard, and it took us right to the clip of it happening !

Hiccup with set up but otherwise fine

Solid camera; installation not the easiest

Good video quality, especially compared to the prior version of the nest wired doorbell. It's annoying that you are locked into a paid subscription service to have good features, but I already have a Nest household. I took off one star because I found the installation to be very annoying, where it was hard to have the pieces interlock so that you can install the security screw on the top.

But as you could see in the picture it still has great quality and could see the whole yard. I love how you could change the doorbell ring to festive rings and gives notifications and recordings from that day without a subscription.
