Don't buy!! Google provides NO SUPPORT
This product uses the Google Home app to connect and the Google Home app has not worked for 4 days and it is constantly disconnecting. I've had it since 2017 and it is the most unreliable app I've ever owned. I originally bought Nest products and then Google bought the company and destroyed it. They no longer support the security system. Their Home app is constantly disconnecting. Cannot write a review. Contractor was a NO SHOW. No call either. Appt was booked and confirmed. Installer/contractor/Angi "pro" did not show at all. Someone needs to rectify this lack of service that I ALREADY PAID FOR!

Would RecommendThe Google Nest Max Hub is a significant upgrade from the original hub. Picture clarity is fantastic and the size of the display seems almost double. It has the ability for daily reminders which is great for recurring events. Wished we had upgraded sooner.

Would RecommendWe have only had the Google Nest Hub Max for a week and wonder how we ever survived without it! From controlling our various smart items by voice to bringing back memories via the digital photo gallery and streaming videos to always having an answer when those "I wonder what" moments occur, this device does it all. The quality of the image display and the sound is wonderful. Our only disappointment is that the device will only do video calls via a Google Duo account. Nobody in our family...
