Would RecommendI replaced battery operated Ring with Nest wired after so many failures with Ring and wish I had done it sooner. I especially like the videos and how they identify by name specific individuals as well as differentiate packages versus people. I would have given it a five stars except for having difficulty with installing. The high quality of this product outweighs the installation problem.

Would RecommendThe Nest Hello WIRED doorbell cam is working great sofar. Merged with my other Nest cams on the app with no issues. Set up and wiring is just as easy using the in app instructions. It comes with an interface device so your old doorbell will still go “ding dong” when someone presses the button on the cam outside. Check your old doorbell’s power supply/transformer. Alot of new cams need more than 16volts including this cam. I had to buy a new one that was compatibile.
