I didn't receive this item. This was a fraudulent order, using my account. I reported it to Lowe's immediately, but they evidently didn't do anything about it, and shipped it out. Nevertheless, I got all the shipping updates. Shame on Lowe's.

HOME APP DOWN & Google provides NO SUPPORT
This product uses the Google Home app to connect and the Google Home app has not worked for 4 days and it is constantly disconnecting. I've had it since 2017 and it is the most unreliable app I've ever owned. I originally bought Nest products and then Google bought the company and destroyed it. They no longer support the security system. Their Home app is constantly disconnecting.
