I probably won't buy this product again

I used to have the brown tear drop dispenser. It finally quit working after years! Got the new white plastic one. Don't like it. It looks like something that would be in a hospital and its spraying is very noisy.

Spray by motion

I like the previous small unit and also the fact that you could set it on motion spray. Therefore any movement would spray and you had the fresh smell at that time. I had the small units for a couple years but was forced to buy the new large units because I can't find refill cartridges for it. The small units still work with no problem. New units are way too large!!

Doesnt work

I have put new batteries in the unit, tried moving the can round, even twisting the nozzle trying to fugure out what thr problem was n it sprays a few times but won't spray after that

Do not buy again.

Like many other reviews I have read through, they stop working. They go through the motions and make the noise of pushing down to the spray, but doesnt spray. I am not sure if it's the despensors themselves or the spray bottles. I was so happy and excited when I first bought one, that I went and bought 3 more for throughout my apartment and now I just have hunks of plastic that dont spray.

Waste of money, would never buy again

Bought this automatic sprayer about a month ago and it was working fine, refilled about 2 and all of the sudden it will not longer spray. Replaced the batteries to make sure that wasnt the problem and it still didnt work. This is the first time I've bought this product and I am so disappointed.

Waste of money.

The arm isn't strong enough to push down the can. I wasted my money on this thing! Would give zero stars if I could.

Love this product

I love this product, no need to plug in, our bathrooms have limited outlets so that's a big plus, I love that it has different settings for how often you want it to spray. I would request making a smaller version for closets! ❤

I love this unit.

it took me a sec to realize i didn't break the nozzle. it just slides back on and faces out. i did put my own fresh batteries in. i like the button on the back of the unit . it ensures i don't spray myself in the face when hitting it for extra aroma. i would like to see extra fragrances come out that are a little less flowery.

I am disappointed in this product

I bought a glade clean linen automatic spray kit. Put in fresh batteries I don't trust the packaging batteries. And it doesn't work I even put back on the package batteries STILL doesn't work. I bought other products similar to this had no problems but this one I do. Very disappointed.

Don't Buy

Bought one wouldn't work. Bought another won't stop working :(

New cans defective

The newer shaped automatic refill spray cans are defective if you have the older sprayer. I've purchased several cans thinking the can's nozzle was defective. For some reason, the sprayer doesn't push the nozzle down enough to spray the newer shaped cans.

Great product, dumb numbers on the timer

I think it's a super cool product and is very neat; however, the times are very dumb. They are 9, 18, and 36 those are odd numbers, it should be 10, 15 or 20, and 30/40/45.

Don't buy it

This worked so well for a couple of months. All of a sudden it stops spraying. I don't know if it's the new design of the can or the automatic spray but just save yourself the time and money.

Wish there was a longer setting, but great product.

We have one of these in each of our bathrooms. Love the different scents that you can get, but I am very disappointed that there is not a setting for spraying every hour or longer. This would get a five star rating if you could go longer than 36 minutes.

Unit stopped working.

We have bought two units. Both of them stopped working after the second can was placed.Is there anything we can do to fix them?

Quality Down

Extremely disappointed-I have used these dispensers for years and now they don't last very long. The nozzle stops spraying after a few months. I've cleaned them out, dusted them etc. went to buy a new dispenser yesterday, got it home put the batteries in and the spray can - NOTHING- It acted like it wanted to spray, but it didn't. Like I said, they don't last and seem 'cheaply' (?) made.
