Very frustrated. Disappointed.

When this product works, it is great. Unfortunately, I have purchased far to many that stop operating within months of purchasing. Because I have bought multi packs of the air freshener cans, I purchase a new machine to use them up. The same problem occurs with each device. The trigger fails to make contact with the sprayer after a short period of time.

Refreshing Scent

This was a refreshing scent to a burnt fire smell in our new house.

Bought and worked well for a while

...but the last 4 refill cans I bought won't spray out they spray up into the mechanic part of the sprayer.

I love the smell of the flannel embrace the best one I have gotten so far I love sandalwood makes the whole room smell great in the automatic spray can't wait for next year when I can buy it again

Very disappointing

Used the automatic spray for years but since can nozzles have changed u hardly get a good spray from it

WHAT IS THE PROBLEM ???

BOUGHT 2 OF THESE ABOUT 6 MONTHS AGO. WORKED GREAT BUT NOW ONE PLUNGER DOES NOT DEPRESS AT ALL. THE OTHER ONE DEPRESSED BUT QUIT GOING FAR ENOUGH TO SPRAY ANY SCENT OUT. USED THESE FOR YEARS WITHOUT A PROBLEM. HAS QUALITY CONTROL DECLINED OR HAVE YOU GOT A BAD BATCH FROM MANUFACTURER??

These do not perform well

I love the idea and the theory but the actual product doesn't perform like it is designed to do. After loading the sprayer with the can and setting the timer it does not spray because the plunger that forces down on the spray can either isn't designed to push the dispenser hard enough to actually spray the air freshener or the can sprayer is too hard the push down for the plunger to work. They should look into this defect and fix it or stop producing it.

Best scent ever!

This smells like expensive perfume. I can't find it but will keep looking. Hopefully Glade won't stop making it.

I love this product, but I would give it the 5th star if they added the Vanilla Passionfruit scent to the spray collection!!!!

Too hard to remove the cap

Well, as much as I love your product, and I have several of these around, but since you changed the cap, I struggle greatly trying to remove it. Yes, it's sleeker and fancier but for Pete's sake you can't grab it. Especially if you have arthritic hands/fingers. And who really cares what the lid looks like, it goes in the trash straight away. I have broken two spray tips off with the struggle to remove the lids. So, needless to say, I won't be buying it anymore. Too many companies are moving towa...

use cardboard at bottom of spray can

stop spaying after 2 week was trying but not spaying changed batteries no joy ended up putting a wedge of cardboard at bottom under tin as the plastic is too weak at bottom works a treat now

Glade automatic spray refill

To the best way to keep a fresh scent in a room with a fan, best in smoking areas, bathrooms w/ pet litter boxes and closets, Please I beg ya to let us buy the glade sparkling citrus sunrise automatic, can not find anywhere. This is refreshing device even at two weeks use.

There's a trick to it

Came on here to try to figure out why my auto dispenser stopped working. After trial and error, here is what I found: Two things- First, if you have the timer set to every 18 minutes, be prepared to change the batteries roughly once a month. Second: there is a small white 'lever' that needs to be tucked 'up' away from the nozzle area when you fit the refill can. What I did was switch the timer a bit until I saw the white lever go down, then back up. That's when I tucked the can and nozzle in. Se...

Good concept, but could use some tweaking

I do like the concept of this automatic sprayer, but there are two things about it I would change: 1 - The unit does have a button on the back if you want to spray manually outside of whatever intervals its set to. However, the manual button doesn't work if you have the switch set to OFF. Seems like the manual button should work either way. 2 - I imagine the most common place to use this unit would be a bathroom. I don't know of many bathrooms that have surfaces for it to sit on where having it ...

DO NOT BUY

I HAD PURCHASE THIS AUTOMATIC SPRAYER TO KEEP ROOM WITH A RELAXING FRAGRANCE BUT UNIT STOPPED LESS THAN A MONTH. CHANGE BATTERIES BUT STILL WASNT WORKING. I CAN HEAR IT TRY AND SPRAY BUT DID NOT. AVOID- WAS OF $$

I enjoy the convenience of the automatic spray

I have 2 sprayers that have all of a sudden stopped spraying. I have replaced the batteries and can hear it but DOES NOT spray

I would buy this product over and over again. The rose scent reminds me of my grandmother's home

I love that this product sprays automatically and the aromas are amazing. But I really hate that they stop working so quick, even with a change of battery. I have so many non working around the house. So expensive to not work well.

Waste of money

Worked pretty good for a few days, and now it just continues to spray over and over again. Replaced batteries. Still keeps spraying. Took the spray out and tossed this piece of plastic in the trash. Fix your malfunction! Disappointed!!!!!
