Worthwhile
Would Recommendapplied the 8500 to the top of our new garage foundation block course a week before the cold & snow arrived, we wanted to seal the top as our framers would not be here for a couple more weeks, cleared off the melting snow and the water was beaded up and easy to use the blower on, will be purchasing more 8500 for a couple of other projects, thanks GHOSTSHIELD

Would RecommendI seal the patio every four years . Siloxa 8500 does the job. It is the only sealer I have tried so nothingto compare to. I would get the 8505 but it is a bit expensive.

Would RecommendDefinitely worth buying the concentrate versus pre mixed. Mixing in 5 gallon bucket is no big deal. Doesn't go as far as one would think. Absorbs quickly so make sure you have more than you think you need. Instructions state 1,200SF which is true however that's assuming one coat. Two coats are recommended. Plus if for whatever reason your concrete is extra absorbent, you'll need more.

Amazingly waterproof!
Would RecommendPowerwashed my driveway, sidewalk and brick front porch. Knew I needed to seal it. Read recommendations for those product. It’s easy to apply with a sprayer . It will take way more product than you expect. Love watching the water bead up on the surface after a rain or sprinkler system runs! Can’t wait to see how long it lasts. Does not make it Shiney or slick . Would recommend!

Would RecommendWas looking for the right product to use after pressure washing long driveway, sidewalk and brick patio. I have to say I was pretty blown away after the first rain to see the water sitting on top of the brick paito in large beads. Truly is waterproof. Anxious to see what it look like in a year. Thank you!

Would RecommendDecided to tackle a 2000sq ft patio that had not been sealed in many years.Product is easy to work with. Figuring out the wet-on-wet application time was easy then worked in small areas. Most challenging part was not the product but working around the rain and heat predictions.Highly recommend.

100% water repellent
Would RecommendI powerwashed our driveway and the brick front patio. Read a lot about this product before purchase. Applied it in hopes of not having such a moisture issue on the surface of especially shaded areas. Love seeing the beads of water sitting on top of the surface. So far so good!

Florida Residential application
Would RecommendJust roller applied the Siloxa 8500 coating to my concrete driveway and sidewalk in attempt to avoid annual power washing to remove black staining.Estimated coverage was right on- Lou was very helpful on application tips. While there was a slight darkening of our concrete ( see pic of our treated sidewalk to neighbors, (who power washed at same time we did prior to applying the 8500), it’s not an issue for us if we can avoid the annual cleaning.Now we wait to see how well it protects!! 🤞

Would RecommendThanks to the sample size of Siloxa-Tek 8500 first discovered two years ago, my 20+ year old concrete bird bath lives for yet another western NC summer and freezing winter - yes, it stays outside year-round.
